Before April ends, take a moment to check in with your body and mind.

Stress often speaks through our bodies—and one of the key messengers is cortisol, your body’s main stress hormone. While helpful in short bursts, chronic cortisol elevation can take a toll over time.

🧠 Not sure if stress is lingering? Here are a few signs your body might be holding onto it:

🔸 Tight shoulders or clenched jaw🔸 Frequent headaches or stomach issues🔸 Trouble sleeping or feeling tired even after rest🔸 Racing thoughts or irritability🔸 Cravings for sugar or salty foods🔸 Feeling “on edge” or easily overwhelmed

✨ Your body is wise. These signals aren’t weakness—they’re messages.

As Stress Awareness Month comes to a close, we invite you to: 🫶🏽 Pause.💭 Breathe deeply.📝 Ask: How am I really doing? What does my body need right now?

You don’t have to wait until you’re burned out to begin healing. We're here to support you—today and every day.
